The task
Following a restructure of the brand and marketing teams, Dormer Pramet needed support to maintain momentum across marketing activities. A reduced team had led to a skills gap, and a need for external marketing comms expertise to support the creation and implementation of Dormer Parmet’s marketing strategy.
What began as a focus on strengthening social media presence quickly revealed a wider need: multiple markets, audiences and platforms required strategic alignment, while internal marketing teams needed support to align messaging, tone and content in a consistent way.
The requirements

The results
Over the past year, Hailhurst has become an embedded extension of the Dormer Pramet marketing team. Two contractors are now integrated into the day-to-day marketing function, supported by wider agency expertise as projects require, including design and writing. By working with Hailhurst, Dormer Pramet has gained flexible access to the right skills at the right time.

We bring together marketing teams across regions, ensuring messaging remains consistent while still allowing flexibility for local relevance. A lot of our work include developing themes and key messaging to unify communication across markets and platforms, including coaching for local teams to strengthen tone of voice and message clarity.

Gathering and shaping stories from across the business for both internal and external use: managing social media planning, writing, creative and scheduling across multiple channels, including the coordination of multi-language, global campaigns. We also support website development through content creation, reviews and updates

We are building reporting and insight to support social listening and campaign performance, as well as delivering quarterly customer communications, combining global messaging with local market input. This includes supporting system updates and platform consistency, including company information management.
